Bryan has served as a consulting and testifying expert witness in numerous types of Business Disputes. Examples of services provided in that context include:

  • Calculation of Lost Profits due to actions of others
  • Calculation of Impairment in Business Value due to actions of others
  • Calculation of Fair Value in shareholder oppression cases
  • Calculation of amounts due under various contractual arrangements (consulting agreements, earn-outs, seller notes, etc.)

Identification of value or assets taken in defalcation, fraud or in violation of contractual arrangements
