Fees

  • Bryan C. Rice and his team members are billed at competitive and reasonable rates based on the local market for such services.
  • Billings are typically provided monthly. All billings are made in increments of quarter hours and have detailed descriptions.
  • Retainers are typically held until the conclusion of the case and applied to the final billing. Unused retainers are refunded to the party who paid the retainer, unless the party who paid the retainer agrees (in writing) otherwise.
  • Unless other arrangements have been made, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. I cannot finance your account for any length of time, as doing so will impair my independence with respect to your case.
  • For your convenience, Bryan C. Rice accepts Visa and Mastercard.
  • Bryan Rice cannot take cases on contingency.

  • Expenses such as automobile mileage, parking, and publications or resources ordered specifically for your case are charged to the case.
  • Every effort is made to perform work in an efficient and economical manner. We understand that resources are limited and we take this responsibility seriously.
  • At the inception of an engagement, we will attempt to provide you with an accurate estimate of the fees and expenses that will be incurred, and we will keep you informed as to the status of your account during the pendency of the engagement.
