About

Bryan started his career in the Fort Worth office of Coopers and Lybrand in 1986 as a staff auditor in 1986. In 1988, he joined the internal audit group of Texas Commerce Bancshares, and in 1994, he went back to public accounting, this time joining the tax practice of KPMG Peat Marwick in Fort Worth.

In 1998, Bryan joined the tax practice of a large local firm and in 2000, began his career in Business Valuation, Forensic Accounting, and Litigation Support, drawing on his experiences in tax, audit, and private industry.

Since 2000, Bryan has completed over 170 Business Appraisals of operating businesses, professional practices, and asset holding companies for the following purposes:

  • Matrimonial Dissolution
  • Federal Estate and Gift Taxes
  • Mergers and Acquisitions
    Shareholder Disputes and Buy-Outs
  • ESOP valuation
  • Income Tax Matters
  • Bryan has been involved as an expert consultant in approximately 300 litigated matters since 2000.

Bryan is a Certified Public Accountant and Accredited in Business Valuations (ABV) by the AICPA. Bryan is also an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) of the American Society of Appraisers.

Bryan is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and has a Master’s Degree in Taxation (MST) from the University of Texas at Arlington.
